On the night of January 28, Phoenix (USA) hosted a boxing night, the main event of which was a fight between Jaime Munguia and John Ryder for the WBC Silver super middleweight belt.
The fight ended with Munguia winning by technical knockout in the tenth round.
Munguia, 27, previously stepped into the ring in June 2023, defeating Sergiy Derevyanchenko by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 43 wins (34 by knockout) and no losses on his record.
Ryder, 35, had his previous fight in May 2023, losing to Saul Alvarez by unanimous decision. He has 32 wins (18 by knockout) and seven losses.
