ONE Championship president and CEO Chatri Sityodtong commented on a possible signing of former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou by the Asian promotion.
He has a bunch of offers on the table. For sure, ONE can give him the biggest offer on the table out of all of his bids but it has to work for him and for us. I just believe meeting somebody, you get the energy. I think there’s gonna be big news on Francis shortly, and I think he’s taking his time.

Ngannou left the UFC in January 2023 and is now a free agent. He last fought against Ciryl Gane in January 2022 at UFC 270. That fight lasted the whole distance and ended in Francis' favor by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 17 wins and three losses under his belt.
