UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya of New Zealand commented on a potential fight with South African fighter Dricus du Plessis.
Du Plessis previously said he would be the first "real" African UFC champion.

On the night of April 9 at UFC 287, Israel Adesanya defeated Alex Pereira by knockout in the second round in a rematch. 33-year-old Adesanya has 24 wins and two losses under his belt.
