Reigning world champion Dutchman Max Verstappen has notified the management of the Red Bull team that he will leave the team in the case consultant Helmut Marko gets fired. This became known to the publication F1-Insider.
According to the source, the Red Bull driver is dissatisfied with the fight for power within the team. It is noted that the 26-year-old racer personally informed the owners of his firm intention to leave Red Bull and made it clear that if Marko is forced to leave, he too will leave the team.
