Saudi Grand Prix executive Martin Whitaker claimed that the Saudi GP’s track construction went without an incident and he is satisfied with how the work has been done. The concerns have been raised during Qatar’s construction as Saudi Arabia’s neighbor Qatar is known for its horrendous labor rights record. The Saudi GP track is set to debut next month for an F1 Grand Prix.

We're monitored regularly by Formula One. Formula One sent their own team here to look at what we're doing. We're under scrutiny the whole time. We're proud to say we're doing what is right under the national regulations and Formula One's strict regulations in terms of making sure worker rights are looked after.
