The press service of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) commented on a potential terrorist threat at the next matches of the quarterfinals of the Champions League season-2023/2024.

On April 9, the Spanish newspaper Marca reported that terrorists spread a picture with a man holding a gun, the phrase "Kill them all" and the names of four stadiums in London, Paris and Madrid, where the first quarterfinal matches of the Champions League will be held.

UEFA is aware of alleged terrorist threats made towards this week's UEFA Champions League matches and is closely liaising with the authorities at the respective venues. All matches are planned to go ahead as scheduled with appropriate security arrangements in place.
