UFC president Dana White said that there are no plans for cross-fights between fighters of his promotion and athletes competing in WWE.

On April 3, it was revealed that Endeavour, which owns the UFC league, has acquired the American wrestling promotion WWE.

The difference between the UFC and the WWE is you look at the WWE and they have an entertainment value and they have these guys that are incredible athletes that go in there and do their thing. It’s well known that it’s scripted. When you look at the UFC, this is as real as it gets, that’s our tagline. There are no predetermined outcomes in the UFC. There won’t really be any type of crossover.

UFC 287 will take place on the night of April 9 in Miami, with middleweight champion Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya fighting in the main event. Their first fight took place in November, 2022, and ended in favor of Alex by TKO in the fifth round.

The co-main event of the evening will feature a bout between Gilbert Burns and Jorge Masvidal. In addition, the tournament will feature Kevin Holland fighting Santiago Ponzinibbio.
