Former Canadian figure skater Alexandra Paul died in a car crash: her car crashed into a truck in Ontario County. The athlete was 31 years old.
The figure skater was in the car with her baby son, his life is not in danger.
Paul became a silver medalist at the Junior World Championships in a pair with Mitchell Islam. The pair also competed at the Sochi Winter Olympics. The pair officially ended their performances in 2016.
