The playoff stage at IEM Rio Major 2022 began with a welcoming ceremony.
Tournament organizer ESL presented a video showing all the participants of the final stage. To recall, OutSiders (Virtus.pro), Natus Vincere, Cloud9, Fnatic, MOUZ, Team Spirit, Heroic and FURIA Esports made it to the playoffs. The highlights from previous stages of the majors were also shown.
The IEM Rio Major 2022 takes place from October 31 to November 13 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Sixteen teams are competing for a prize pool of $1.25 million.
