Three times Paralympic gold-medalist and wheelchair tennis legend Nick Taylor has decided to retire. USA’s Nick mastered the doubles game and paired up with David Wagner to claim 11 Grand Slam double titles along with three gold medals in 2004, 2008, and 2012 Paralympics.

The tennis legend started playing at the age of 14 and after entering the wheelchair tennis scene, he and Wagner dominated the doubles and quad doubles tennis scene. Nick and David played during the US National Camp last week to mark Nick’s farewell. Nick is also the assistant coach for the Wichita State Univesity and will try his hand at a game called boccia during the 2024 Paralympics.
