Miami Marlins vs Atlanta Braves Prediction: Marlins to avenge yesterday

Atlanta defeated Miami in the first game of an away series. Will the Marlins be able to get revenge in the second game? Let's pick a few options to bet on at once. 

The Marlins have regularly put up a fight against all MLB contenders without exception, but the team from Florida can't be counted among the favorites over the long haul. Miami comes into Game 2 of their series against Atlanta with a 17-21 balance, fourth place in the NL East standings, and No.11 overall in the conference.

Miami's biggest struggles so far have been at bat, averaging 4.27 runs per game. On defense, Don Mattingly's team ranks 7th in the league at 3.76 points per game.

After beating Miami in the first game of an away series, the reigning champion has moved ahead of the opponent in the National League East Division standings. So Atlanta is definitely about to start winning more often.

Atlanta is certainly stronger than Miami. Over the long haul, though. Right now, the Marlins are able to beat the Braves on equal terms. In addition, the reigning champion has yet to find the best form and cannot compensate for Freddie Freeman's departure for the Dodgers.
