Miami Heat vs Atlanta Hawks Prediction: Underwhelming Heat takes on up-and-down Hawks

The Heat is in the seventh spot, just a spot below Nets which have been inconsistent after Durant-Irving departure. However, Heat hasn’t shown much promise to enter the top six and seal an automatic first-round qualification.

The Hawks enter the affair after losing 109:117 against the Heat despite a 22 points performance by Saddiq Bey. The Hawks have three wins in the last five games while they have 10 losses in 18 games which have brought them to 32 wins and 32 losses. The Hawks like the Heat have been in the Play-in scenario thus far and will need to pull off some extraordinary to get into top-six. There is a chance to get there but the play of the Hawks has been murky throughout the season. The duo of Murray and Young has brought great results but the Hawks have a long way to go. The Hawks need more on the defensive end and their supporting players will need to take it to another notch as well.

These two teams just collided a couple of days ago and the Heat got better of the Hawks. It will mean that the momentum is on the side of the Heat and they will also hold the home-court advantage. I believe the Heat will eke out a win here and predict a scoreline of 120:113 in favor of the Heat.
