Sacramento Kings vs Boston Celtics Prediction: An electric affair in making

The NBA Regular Season is in its final stages and this has been another grueling season. This has been a spectacular window where a win or loss can make a whole lot of difference. Thus, there is a mad dash before the Postseason. Anyway, in this Regular Season game, the Sacramento Kings are going to take on the Boston Celtics.

The Kings enter the game after losing 120:128 against the Jazz despite a 37 points performance by De’Aaron Fox. The Kings’ loss broke a three-game winning streak and in an extended period, they have been impressive with 43 wins and 28 losses. Sacramento has six out of the next eleven games at home. De’Aaron finally has some help around him and Domantas Sabonis has been a huge rebounder while being a brilliant playmaker and scorer. Kevin Huerter has been a superb shooter whereas Wings Keegan Murray and Harrison Barnes have been doing their bit. 

The Celtics come into the game after a close loss 117:118 against the Jazz despite 25 points performance by Jaylen Brown. This broke a two-game winning streak and in an extended window, Boston has four wins in six losses. They had a three-game losing streak before that and despite such losses, Boston has been able to register 49 wins and 23 losses. The schedule doesn’t look all that difficult but overall, the Celtics’ priorities are going to be on the Playoffs. The duo of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum has been sizzling all season long and has been leading the team to big-scoring nights. Defensively, Boston hasn’t been as tight as last season but their offensive evolution can trickle into something special.

The Kings have been playing a great brand of basketball and although, their record is far away from the Celts, their play in the second half of the season has been rather encouraging and not far away from the Celts’ level at all. The Kings played last night and loss against a much inferior unit of the Jazz. I believe the Celtics will mount an effective effort but I expect the Kings on top here. I predict the Celtics to win with a scoreline of 131:124.
