Team GamerLegion vs FURIA Esports Prediction: Brazil team to please fans

October 31-November 13 will mark the second major CS:GO event of the 2022 competition season. Twenty-four teams have been selected through the regional RMR qualifiers – eight will begin their journey with the Legends stage and another sixteen will embark on the journey with the Challengers stage. The winner of the IEM Rio Major 2022 will receive $500,000, BLAST ranking points, and invites to ESL Katowice 2023 and BLAST Premier: World Final.

The tournament will be held in two stages. The first is the Challengers Stage where sixteen teams will compete for the right to play in the Legends stage, with only eight of the participating teams qualifying for it. The Challengers Stage matches are played in a Swiss system (each team plays for points until they have three wins or three losses). The knockout or elimination matches will be BO3, the rest will be BO1.

The Swedish organization is a strong representative of the tier-2 scene. But the old roster was not ready to show stable results and enter the top flight. The Brazilian five-man roster failed to qualify for the Challengers due to an unexpected loss to Evil Geniuses in the American RMR qualifiers. Because of that, FURIA Esports began playing in front of their home crowd a little earlier than they had planned. In October, the team did not play in any outside tournaments and was preparing hard for the IEM Rio Major 2022.

At the beginning of the tournament, KSCERATO is once again peerless. The Brazilian riffler again showed phenomenal play, finishing the first game day with 1.46. His match against 00 Nation was very special as Kaike dominated his compatriots, racking up 32 shots while only letting himself get killed 10 times. Statistically, the Brazilian is guaranteed to do just under one kill per round and deal 98 damage. However, these numbers came from the massacre of the coldzera team.

FURIA Esports achieved an important victory over OG, leaving one more margin for error in the Legends Stage matches.
