Seattle Kraken vs Nashville Predators Prediction: Expect a high-scoring match

Seattle has now won four straight and climbed into 3rd place in the Western Conference. Will the Kraken extend their winning streak against Nashville? Let’s find out!

The Kraken are surprising at the start of the season. Dave Hakstol's team has won 7 games out of 13, losing only 4 times in regulation time and already making it to the 3rd place in the Western Conference summary table. Seattle looks to match with Nashville with a streak of four wins in a row. In the same period, Kraken managed to defeat such strong opponents as Pittsburgh (twice), Minnesota and Calgary. Seattle took all four games within 60 minutes of regular time.

After a disappointing stretch at the start of the championship, John Hynes' team has started to straighten things out recently. Nashville has three wins in the last five meetings – over St. Louis, Calgary and Vancouver. The Predators lost during that stretch to Washington and Edmonton. It is too early to say that Nashville is recovering, but the team got out of the bottom of the standings. The Predators are now 11th in the West.

Seattle has been without starting goaltender Chris Driedger since the season began. Philipp Grubauer is now sidelined as well. Martin Jones, the Kraken's defending goalie of late, has been playing better than his career numbers so far. But who's to say that won't change as soon as the next game? Nashville's offense seems to have a great chance to prove itself in the upcoming game by fixing Jones' stats. For sure Seattle will respond with goals– Nashville's defense is not all right at the start of the championship. So we'll just bet on a high-scoring match. After all, the opponents' three face-offs were like that.
