It has been 3 days since I complaint related to deposit problem but sadly there has not been any responce from betway side.. And in between these 3 days i had post review in this site 2 times but still there has not been any response.. So we can say that betway is a forget website whose solely purpose is to looted the people

I've left one star because I can't leave zero. I tried to withdraw £35.00 over a week ago. After a couple of days I received an e-mail telling me that they couldn't send money to my card, the card that I had used both to deposit and withdraw previously. After a wasted hour on live chat I received another e-mail saying that if I used the same card to deposit again, in would in effect "re-activate" the card. Like a mug, I deposited yet again with same card, still no money. After another "live chat" I was told that my card was unsuitable. (The card that was suitable to deposit with, but not to withdraw to). At one time, when they kept asking me to deposit using a different car, I asked if they could return my requested withdrawal to my account. No chance, yet every other online bookie/casino offers that service. Mind you Betway know you're not getting it either way, so it just saves admin work. I'd rather they just said "We're not paying you. " I could then write the money off. Well, I've done that now anyway, but they could have made it a lot more simpler.

It's worst I app I have seen ever. I think it's waste of time to review also. They won't follow rules they provide like withdrawal time frame.

I've never written a review before because my time is precious, but feel compelled with this company, such is the abysmal level of customer service. I deposited £200, placed a few bets, and withdrew about the same amount, possibly slightly more. But since my account was locked as soon as I requested the withdrawal, I can't check. That was the end of August. I got an email asking me to upload valid photo identification and a photo which I duly did, and a pop up confirmed the documents were uploaded. A bit of a pain and unnecessary for £200. I've bet a lot more with other firms and not been asked for anything. I then got an email on the 16th Sept saying they also wanted a bill. They could have asked for this in the first email but they didn't. I sent the photo ID again and an electric bill on the 21st Sept. This was at least acknowledged the same day, but on the 28th I still hadn't got the money, my account unlocked, or a response so I chased it up. On the 29th I got an email saying my photo ID had been approved and that it may take 1-2 days to review the electric bill. "please join us on live chat for further assistance" when you do eventually find live chat (it's very well hidden) you realise that you can't use it without logging in. There is no telephone number either. 13 days later it's still not been reviewed. I am as sure as I can be that if I didn't chase it up I'd never get paid. The customer support email is not actively monitored, which doesn't fill you with any confidence, and with the apparent complete lack of staff, I'd question whether the firm is on the brink of insolvency. Perhaps it's just a complete mess staff wise because of COVID, which beggars the question why give themselves all this needless extra work to process a withdrawal in an account with £200 in it.

It's been days now since my original ID for FICA application I have send. Betway sent me a massage that my documents has been escalated to FICA team And it will take 48 hours for it to be verified but now it's been more than 96 hours since I have send my documents and it's not not yet Verified, it's still escalting. I have called them countless times and the feedback they give me is that they will notify FICA team about that and my documents should be verified in the next 24hours. after 24 hours nothing, I have to call them again And they will say the same stories.

Its been over 18 days. I withdraw amount on 10 September. Even till date it has not reached my account. All they say is they are reviewing. They are being unfair. Something is fishy with them lately. Never experienced this before. I am looking for a quick solution and not review. I have even sent my bank statements to them been 3 days to that too. I would change this to 5 star is solution is given quick. Update xxxx. You have asked to connect over private message but where trust pilot don't have any such feature. And there has been no point connecting on betway chat have to wait for 1 hour for my turn to come and then I get asked to wait for another 7 days each time. Already day 19th like that

I thought I could trust this guy's but I got proved otherwise, they ripped me off in daylight. I placed an 8 team soccer bet 3 teams won but they only recognised 1 and settled that bet. They are just plain crooks

I tried to withdraw money after using betway for over 6 months and my account magically and i guess conveniently disappeared. They are scam artists. Go with any other site.

I recently withdrew £104.79 which stated as paid on transaction history. I was then told by customer service via chat to email A screenshot to the support email, only to then get an automated response email which read the inbox was no longer monitored. Since the mentioned withdrawal, I have withdrawn other winnings which were paid absolutely fine. It’s now been 36 hours since the withdrawal and I have had zero help.
