I was taught the hard way. If it sounds too good to be true: it will be too good to be true. Everything was fine until I asked to make a withdrawal. Then they said that I need to put more money in my account in order to withdraw money but this wasn’t true. Luckily, it wasn't too late when I asked for help at Offi cial deb ts re claim•• N et! but I cannot forget what these scammers did to me. They do not pay, they just publish fake transactions. Please stay away.

It is impossible to get any human response from Betway! I withdrew £23 on August 16th and still haven't received it. For a while it showed in my betway account as Processing. Now it's just disappeared and i still do not have my money. Their only form of customer support is an automated chat system. Which is absolutely no help at all and doesn't answer my question. It's infuriating because you just end up going around in circles. Please can someone from Betway get in contact please.

I will leave one more comment about how bad this company! I had big problems with this company, I wrote all the details, they kept my account open even though I had so many problems, they did not close it even once, I wouldn't have withdrawn much money until last week, but for the first time, I thought I'd withdraw at least small money for 3 days in a row, you know they are very, very bad at win/loss ratio anyway, but because I have withdrawn a little from my account in the last 3 days, they blocked my account! Unbelievable! This company is an incredible company! Worse company than you can imagine!

I registered at this betting site recently, there were both wins and losses as it should be at gambling overall, with no problems with withdrawals, and it is super fast. so far good for me.

i was playing grand roulette and my total account balance by most of the winnings got 27k and suddenly within a few minutes Multiple deductions of 6k happened until the total balance left only a few rupees 27k it got to almost zero as i haven't betted. Impossible 6k bets took placed as we can bet from 20rs to 5k only,, automatically and game over. No records of bets found. grand roulette still shows would you like to resume your 6k bet. and still no refunds given and agents are continuously fooling me by saying have patience blah blah. its been months now i would have to go consumer court or a regular one.

I've had worst experience with this casino. My account had been previously verified and I was enjoying my gaming with them and withdrawing with no faults. A week ago I played several slots and won $800 then suddenly a receive a pop up saying I must verify my account before withdrawal. They wanted bank statements I sent them but they all got rejected. The customer help line is also useless as they always tell me my account manager will get in touch with me.
