Its been more than a month... Betway why you doing Fraud with your coustumer? Please refund my money... please be fast

I posted another review here again because Betway did not solve my problem. The chat support told me to email “manage at betway dot com”. I did but they ignored my emails. Twice! They called me the other day, I lost the connection with them, so they said they will contact me again via emails, but still no response. Im really disappointed and frustrated with betway service after using them 4 years. Now they treat customers like ****!

I wanted to test for myself how much of a scam Betway really is so I deposited a good chunk of money and played the roulette table. I used a strategy where I only bet on red/black or odd/even. I start off betting low and doubling my next bet If I lose to ensure there’s always a profit. So I would start off with a 50 cent bet. If I lost, I would bet 1 dollar, if I lost that I would move to 2 dollars, etc. Since the max bet you can place is only 20 dollars the highest you would end up doubling would be 16 (.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16) meaning you would have a total of 6 attempts to hit a 50/50 such as odd/even or red/black. Based on this probability which would be.5^6 x 100, you would have a 1.56% chance of NOT hitting through 6 attempts. So when I started I was hitting a lot and built my bankroll a little bit which is expected from these gambling companies. That’s how they like to reel you in. After getting up about +40 dollars my luck changed as if someone flipped a switch. That 1.56 percent started happening FREQUENTLY. If I had to ball park it, probably at a 35-45% rate. I was going on 0-6 runs all the way down until I lost my entire bankroll. Out of curiosity and a being a little naive, I deposited more money and tried the strategy again and boy that 1.56 percent was slapping LOL. It was probably happening at close to a 50 percent rate until, again I lost my money. I then went to the random number generator in google to put in numbers 1-36 and tried my hardest to go 0-6 calling out odds or evens. I think it only happened once as I spent the rest of the night trying, for something that was suspiciously happening every few tries on Betway. They say they use a random number generator LOL. Good joke. Nice scam you got going on, Betway. Don’t even get me started on the sports betting. Better double check your tickets when you live bet because if that line changes shortly after you put in your bet, it’ll reflect the new change and not the bet you wanted to put in. Huge scam, just stay away.

I should be able to choose no star - this isn't even a one star experience! This is a scam! They respond to reviews only to make more empty promises. Yet another response from them and I am no where, no money, more promises - this is the way they do business! They should be busted wide open and fined for their lack of transparency. When will you truly be a responsible company and pay out your patrons winnings - you certainly keep the losses, don't you! This has caused me such stress. I welcome you to call me and resolve this once and for all.

I tried to withdraw my money and I never received it I withdrew it on June 25th and it is currently July 12th and I have not seen my money I got a text and email saying it would be sent back into my account in a few days and I still have not received it, I also sent an email to their support and it says they no longer monitor that email so you have to wait in an online chat room for a long time before anyone even shows up. I just want my money back. Don’t waste you time or money.

It's a froud aap please don't use I have waiting my winning amount from last month but still money not credited to my bank account, lots of time I mailed to betways support team but they denied and telling your bank details are incorrect, guys be ware this kind of froud aap don't use this is totally money wasted aap

I went to bank they said that my payment was successful, Betway people also confirmed. These people are telling some stories. After all 2900 they are unable to return, how they do transaction in crores with people. Please improve your services in this kind of situation.

I wanted to add a note today on my other comments. It will be quick and concise. You will once again understand what kind of a company this company is! -Since April 2, they are not giving me the reports I want! -They say we will call you, they don't! -They write the date they will solve my problems in writing, they say sorry we couldn't solve it at that date, they prolong the issue! -Their games are regularly shutting down, crashing! -RTP rates are never as written, even if you do million spins or something, it is not possible to reach those numbers! -I don't know how many spins I did, but 50,000+ for sure, I didn't win the smallest jackpot even 1 time! -You always lose even on the 0.10-0.80 scale, I can't think of the big scales! -They don't even give you the winnings you deserve, they even ignore my last 2 days of free Spinwheel play! -In the games, you lose average 80 spin in every 100 spins, and to win what you already spent with the rest is impossible! -They are so bad at Free Spins that there are times when you win 2 spins out of 10 spins. -In the last 15 free spins games, my max win has been 30x, of course always on the scale of 0.10-0.80, there is a statement that you win 5000x - 10000x in games, in 50,000+ spins I have not won 500x yet! -They act outside of customer contracts, do not keep their promises and do not give us the reports we request. -You do not understand the reports he gave and said they sent, because there is no report filled with what you want anyway. -You say explain this report, they don't answer it either!
