Heavy Reading and Openet have produced a white paper that discusses mobile operators' strategies and how policy and charging is evolving to enable operators to grow their business.
This paper, written by Heavy Reading's chief analyst, Graham Finnie, contains the results of a survey of over 70 operators carried out by Heavy Reading in August 2014.
The results show how operators are planning to use policy, charging and BSS in general to become more competitive and offer a wider range of services to their customers.
