Aricent has won a three-year systems integrations contract which will see the vendor implement its mediation and billing platforms for Nepal Telecom.
The vendor said it had been contracted to install its Convergent Mediation and Convergent Interconnect Billing suites for Nepal Telecom.
Aricent will act as the primary systems integrator for the turnkey rollout.
The suite uses Aricent's Active Mediation System - which enables real-time data collection and charging for pre-paid and post-paid services via a web-based GUI – as well as Interconnect System, which supports interconnection for fixed and mobile streams.
