Eddie Hearn, manager of undisputed super middleweight champion Saúl Álvarez, has announced a possible fight with Britain's John Ryder.
Canelo would like to have his next fight in his home country, Mexico. I think he wants to present this event to the people and Ryder would be the right choice. Obviously not everything is confirmed, but I have a feeling that's going to be my client's next fight.

The 32-year-old Álvarez fought Gennady Golovkin in September of this year. The fight went the full distance and Canelo won by unanimous decision. He has 58 wins (39 by KO) and two losses.
Ryder, 34, fought fellow countryman Zach Parker in November 2022. John won this confrontation after his opponent withdrew in the fifth round.
