My withdrawal 265133528 shows processing completed since 24 sept when will the same be paid. The same has never happened before. I have been contacted by betway but still money is showing as processing, awaiting resolutionAmount - INR 3196

This company is impossible to contact. I have 5 deposits that betway took off me and appear on my bank statement but didnt appear has credit on my betway account. This has happened before and my online bank shown as pending payments to which i got back after 4/5 days however on this occasion they have taken the money and i just cannot contact them. Avoid taking the chance with these as i have read other reviews where people have had the same experience

What is happening betway? Did u close ur account in India? Where is my withdrawal? 21st September processing is competed and amount is released, but not credited in my account. 100000 INR is my withdrawal amount. Can’t access to ur customer care. Did u people cheat with our Indian Costumers? We people wil make a mass petition against ur company if u people did give our winning money.. we people are not fools…. I won 60 thousand ruppes in betway. after withdrawal time completed. they are simply locked my account without any reason. i asked through customer care, why my account locked. they did not have any reasons. they did not provide money. i asked what about my funds they are saying our operation manager said to closed your account. My answer is No, it's a fraud. If you are losing money you are a valuable customer otherwise they will close your account or put the limit on your betting stake amount on a match. If you are withdrawing small amount like 1000 then you can play long but overall you can withdraw upto 50k after that they will block. If you playing loosing money, you are their good customer. if you won huge amount like 10 k, 50 k, one lakh. they simply locked your account. fraud betway. Fraud owner. And worker. too many dady owner. stolen my money.

This is a big scam... after reading the reviews here... now i understand why i still never got the money... i would not recommend anyone for this app.. customer care useless... live chat useless... no proper response.. it's been more than 6 days I have still not got the money..

Withdrawal request made on 22/09/2022 and till date the status is on "Processing Completed". I can’t understand why is it taking so much time? Would be zero stars, withdrawal request using faster visa ( which I’ve used multiple times with other companies) betway advertise as being 12 hours, withdrawal not processed and won’t be processed over the weekend and according to customer service chat ( easier getting into Fort Knox) will take days. Also made a deposit that left my bank but never arrived, I now have email my bank statement and prove it even though it’s on their system so will be waiting days for that as well. Overall I would not recommend to anyone.
