Customer Support **** Had over 20 hours of dialogue with chat support to try and get a $3000 withdrawal out. Every time they would move the goalposts (ex. "send us your id and proof of address", "we can not longer send to that bank account, please provide a different one"). Chat support would deliberately take a long time to respond. Stalling constantly. I still haven't gotten my money, please stay away.

massive scam and crazily aggressive attitude, first showed me wrong odds (like odd of 2) but when placed it's confirmed with odd if 1.3.. what's the point betting then? and then asked them, guy Kevan wouldn't answer my question, just kept telling to accept it as it is, i told him he had to investigate it as it costed me financial loss, i was underpaid, and then he blocked me saying i claimed to have a "financial difficulty", i later spoke to his manager Becky who also tried to twist my words to talk me into the "self-exclusion" program, crazy staff getting personal and banning people accounts for revenge after scamming you

The live chat agents weren't very helpful, but my worries were eased when the money hit my bank account. It took a bit longer than expected though, which is the reason for the 4* - it took 48h for verification, and ~36h to hit my bank account after my withdrawal was approved. My withdrawal was $18k CAD which worried me a bit, but it ended up being no problem.

I placed a bet in late 2019, it won over £1600 and to this day I am still waiting for the money! (Unibet paid out the same bet aswell) I have contacted them multiple times (they have awful customer service you are lucky to hear from them and when they do respond they are rude and full of nonsense! I have shown them everything they have asked for! When I spoke to them on Twitter today they even said the account balance is £0 which is also disgraceful. They don’t pay out bets which they accept! PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE HASSLE! THE WORST BOOKIE OUT THERE! AVOID IT!

If I could leave no stars I would. These are crooks who do not adhere to their own terms and conditions. They have a certain promotion, a £200 deposit match which they will not honour. They will try every single way to get out of it and not be able to provide a term nor condition which supports their case. They are incompetent, rude and their staff have 3 brain cells combined between them. They have been reported to the relevant gambling authorities. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Complete scam. Had to verify my account three times in two weeks (with no issues). As soon as I win a bet, they lock my account and do not respond to any emails (it has been over 10 days). Stay away from this company as it seriously seems like they are avoiding to pay out winning players.

Bwin closed my account and asked for some documents for the account verification. I have sent the necessary files. At first, they said verification is going to be completed in 72 hours. However, later they sent another e-mail and stated that a 3rd party is going to check my documents and there is no exact date or timescale. I contacted customer service and they did not provide any information for the reason for account closure and neither due date for the verification process. Right now, I cannot access my account and cannot bet, deposit or withdraw. They do not provide any due date for this verification process. Because my account is closed without any reason, I cannot withdraw my deposit and winnings either. ------------- First e-mail: Thank you for providing us with your documents. Bwin was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $16004 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply.
