Sources say the fate of the coach will be decided after the second leg match against Lazio in the Champions League round of 16. The club owners are prepared to change the team's manager before the end of the season.
The 50-year-old German took over Bayern Munich in March 2023, replacing compatriot Julian Nagelsmann as manager. Last season, Tuchel led the team to victory in the Bundesliga. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2025.
