When you have a problem and want it resolved, they have a whole lots of rude customer service reps such as Dare and Caleb, when you ask questions and they don’t have the answers instead of them to escalate to a supervisor and provide you with answer as a customer service rep should they will rudely end the chat and prevent you from going back on the chat.
