Corinthians vs Internacional
Stadium: Neo Química Arena

Corinthians only needs one point in its last two matches in the Série A to escape relegation. The Timão, which occupies 13th place with 47 points, also has its sights set on qualifying for the Copa Sudamericana as it is just one point off 12th place, which grants access to the competition. On the other hand, Internacional is in 10th place with 49 points and is free from the relegation risk, but its participation in the Copa Sudamericana is not yet guaranteed. Corinthians could overtake the Colorado in case of defeat.

The Paulistas' reaction to Bahia's heavy 5-1 home defeat was spectacular. The team went to the São Januário, Vasco da Gama's stadium, to win 4-2 in a game that could have put Corinthians in a difficult position in the standings if it had lost. The Timão is now six points clear of the Z4 and 17th place occupied by Bahia. Goiás, Coritiba, and América-MG have already been relegated, with only the last team to drop to the Série B remaining to be determined. A point against Internacional will give Corinthians peace of mind, but it may not be enough to finish the Brasileirão in at least 12th place, which qualifies for the Copa Sudamericana. Nevertheless, in the final round, the Paulistas travel to Coritiba, where they have a good chance of winning and possibly climbing the table.
Internacional
The Gaúchos won 2-0 at the Arena Pantanal in Cuiabá to avoid any possibility of relegation. They now need to secure their place in the Copa Sudamericana, and this next game is against a direct opponent in that fight, Corinthians. In its last four games on the road, the Colorado won three and lost one against leader Palmeiras. Coudet's team has improved defensively and hasn't conceded many goals. Inter should again put in a solid display in a decisive game for its aspirations.
Expert Betting Tips
The teams' values are similar, and only two points separate them in the table, so it's likely to be a fairly even match. The last six meetings between the two teams have ended in a draw. Another tie would certainly please Internacional, but what Corinthians' attitude will be remains to be seen. For the Paulistas, a point finally means peace of mind about possible relegation. Still, it may not be enough to qualify for the Copa Sudamericana, forcing Corinthians to beat relegated Coritiba away in the final round to play in the international competition next season. Even so, I think a draw is a very likely outcome, and that's why I'm going to bet on it.
