In the first match in the Qatari World Cup, Argentina was defeated by Saudi Arabia 1-2. Messi scored the only goal of his team in that meeting, having converted the penalty kick. Mexico had a goalless draw with Poland at the start of the tournament.
The meeting between Argentina and Mexico will take place on November 26, beginning at 22:00 GMT+3.
