adidas Originals, i-POP Networks tie up for augmented reality

i-POP Networks partnered with adidas Originals to offer augmented reality services to its consumers.

Under the promotion, consumers received a text message from adidas, instructing them to snap any picture of an Originals Trefoil on their mobile, which they then brought to the adidas Originals concept store.

At the store, consumers get a feel of augmented reality by getting virtual graphics displayed in front of them once they point the Trefoil image on the store PC.

The promotion was made available in 10 adidas Originals concept stores in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
