Amazon.com has launched a new Wearable Technology store where customers can discover the latest in wearable technology and research wearable devices, including activity trackers, smart watches, and wearable cameras and more.

The store lists items from top brands such Samsung, Jawbone and GoPro, as well as products from emerging brands like Basis and Misfit and devices coming soon from brands like Narrative and Bionym. It has a “Learning Center” which features product videos and buying guides and other resources about device compatibility, product comparisons and use-case suggestions to help customers find the right device

Customers can also take advantage of the “Editor’s Corner” to find information about wearable technology industry news, device reviews and more.

“Wearable technology is an exciting category with rapid innovation and our customers are increasingly coming to Amazon to shop and learn about these devices,” said John Nemeth, Director of Wireless and Mobile Electronics at Amazon.

While wearable technology has been available for nearly a decade, the category has only recently gained attention from customers with the introduction of new products. At the Amazon Wearable technology store, customers can shop for gadgets by store, or by category, or compare products.
