AsiaInfo-Linkage has sold interests in Beijing Zhongxinjia Sci-Tech Development (ZXJ) and Beijing Star VATS Technologies (Star VATS).
The company previously controlled ZXJ and Star VATS through a series of contractual arrangements.
The move is in connection with the previously announced merger agreement with Skipper and its subsidiary Skipper Acquisition.
The deal commits AsianInfo-Linkage as the surviving entity to merge with Skipper Acquisition.
