AT4 wireless qualifies Bluetooth low-energy host

AT4 wireless has confirmed full qualification of a dual-mode Bluetoothlow-energy host design.

The qualification has been performed by one of AT4 wireless' Bluetooth qualification experts on the BlueLink 7.0 (BL6450-L) connectivity combo solution from Texas Instruments (TI).

The Bluetooth low-energy host specification was recently adopted by the BluetoothSpecial Interest Group.

TI marketing director Eran Sandhaus said the company is one of the first to achieve single- and dual-mode Bluetooth low-energy qualification.
