CoreSite Realty and CENX has entered into an agreement that enables the latter to offer its carrier Ethernet exchange services in CoreSite data centers.
The agreement supports CENX expansion to new markets, including the Bay Area, Boston, Northern Virginia and Washington DC as well as additional data centers in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York.
CENX will own and operate its carrier Ethernet exchange services, with CoreSite's network-dense data centers providing national access points.
At full deployment, CENX services are expected to be available to more than 600 CoreSite data center customers.
