Customer briefing centers

Aspect has opened customer briefing centers, or facilities for hand-on software demonstrations, in Boston, Singapore and its European regional headquarters near London.

According to the company, these centers will enable Aspect customers and prospects to experience unified communications firsthand through interaction with Aspect Unified IP and PerformanceEdge.

The customer briefing centers will also allow companies to see the real-time capabilities of Microsoft Unified Communications.

Visitors to the centers will gain a better understanding of how Aspect can help streamline communications for improved business processes and a successful unified communications strategy, Aspect says.
