Unified threat management solutions supplier Fortinet has tapped George Chang as its new regional director for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
Fortinet said Chang has been chosen to help strengthen the company’s high-end market penetration and leadership in the region.
Chang’s new responsibilities come in addition to his current role as regional director for the carrier and service provider market segments, spearheading the company’s telecommunications strategy in Asia Pacific.
Chang joined Fortinet in 2009, bringing with him two decades of solid industry experience. Prior to joining Fortinet, he worked for OpenNet, a joint venture between Axia NetMedia, SingTel, Singapore Press Holdings and Singapore Power Telecommunication.
