Kineto Wireless has released a new software version of its femtocell gateway product that adds support for the 3GPP standard Iuh interface.
Also, the company has successfully conducted Iuh interoperability testing with a leading femtocell access point vendor.
Ken Kolderup, VP and GM of Kineto’s infrastructure business unit, said the latest release enables operators “to realize the true advantages of industry standard interfaces.”
This new version is now available as a software upgrade to Kineto’s existing femtocell gateway, which has been selected for multiple commercial deployments.
