Putting the «play» in «playlist»

Exhibit A [via Regina Lynn]: the gPod, now on display at the Adult Treasure Expo 2007, billed as Japan's first-ever sex toy expo.

What's the gPod‾ It's a sex toy that connects to a mobile phone, MP3 player or TV set and vibrates according to sound patterns fed into it. So, say, if it's plugged in and that someone special calls (or anyone else, really), the gPod will vibrate to match the rhythm of the incoming caller's voice.

And so on. Yes.

It also works with music players. So it'll make creating playlists a lot more fun, though listening to Norwegian death metal during use may void the warranty.

Yours for a mere 25,000 yen ($243).
