T-Com, the broadband/fixed network business of Deutsche Telekom, has picked Shenick Network System's diversifEye test system to test network performance and quality for its triple play IPTV, VoIP and high speed Internet applications for broadband end-user services.
Shenick says that with diversifEye 3.0, Shenick provides the degree of granularity required to test overall performance and quality of service, coupled with the ability to drill down to each IPTV, VoIP and Internet user for true quality of experience assessment.
Shenick enables T-Com to test on a user, application and network basis in a single box test system, helping T-Com to provide every customer with the highest quality service, the company adds.
