TCL appoints Andrew Look non-executive director

TCL Communication has appointed Andrew Look as an independent non-executive director.

Look will also serve as a member of TCL's audit committee and the board's remuneration committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, and has over 20 years' experience in the equity investment analysis of Hong Kong and China stock markets.
