TM Forum has published a new book titled "Business Transformation with TM Forum Solution Frameworks and SOA."
The latest in a series, the book describes ways to adopt and apply the group\'s Solutions Frameworks as part of cost-base transformation for communications service providers.
Authors Iwan Gramatikoff and Serge Garcia of Edelweiss Consulting and John Wilmes, chief technical architect and co-chair of TM Forum\'s Information Framework Collaboration Program, assert that to move towards the "next generation" business model supported by the TM Forum Solution Frameworks, enterprises must first undergo a business transformation.
With that transformation, they will acquire the ability to use business processes more effectively to attain strategic goals.
