VimpelCom is ramping up customer experience for its Beeline brand as it fully transitions to the Comverse ONE Real-Time BSS solution.
This major upgrade completes the migration of the real-time billing systems of all Russian and CIS divisions of VimpelCom Russia (Beeline) to the new Comverse ONE platform.
“We selected Comverse ONE first, improve the usability and enhance the functionality of our services to customers,” said Ilya Axelrod, Director of Network Development, VimpelCom Russia.
“Second, provide additional functionality and flexibility of our pricing offering to the market,” said Axelrod.
