VoluBill has been awarded a major project by Movistar Venezuela, giving the company its first win in Latin America.
Under the agreement, VoluBill will provide the carrier with the Charge it platform, replacing the mobile operator's current solution and allowing it to offer differentiated charging for browsing, MMS and content services.
According to VoluBill, its Charge it solution will allow Movistar to maximize revenues and reduce costs by allowing the operator to accurately charge for all prepaid and postpaid data services from a single platform.
The platform will also ensure zero leakage in case of service control and will enable interactive dialog between the operator and the subscriber.
