Sybase 365 said Western Union has engaged it to participate in the latter\'s digital vendor program for m-wallet and m-banking platforms, which is meant to extend the reach and accessibility of money transfer services in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Sybase 365 will draw upon its Mobiliser products and platofrm -- which enable people to pay, buy, bank and remit money with a mobile device.
