American boxer Terence Crawford will fight for the WBA junior middleweight title against Uzbekistan's Israil Madrimov on August 3 in Los Angeles. This is reported by journalist Mike Coppinger.
Madrimov last fought against Magomed Kurbanov in March of this year. Israil won that fight in the fifth round by technical knockout. He has 10 wins (seven by knockout), one draw and no losses on his record.
Crawford last entered the ring against Errol Spence in July 2023. Terence won that fight by technical knockout in the ninth round. He has 40 wins (31 by knockout) without a single loss.
