Former Boxing World Champion Pacquiao Intends To Perform At Paris Olympics

Former world boxing champion in eight weight categories, Filipino Manny Pacquiao wants to fight at the Olympic Games in 2024 in Paris.

Senator Pacquiao's team says the Filipino boxer wants to fight in Paris. But the senator cannot expect to qualify for the Asian Games in Hangzhou next month.

Pacquiao is scheduled to have an exhibition boxing bout against famous Thai boxer Buakaw Banchamek in January 2024.

Pacquiao last fought against blogger DK Yoo in December 2022. That fight was an exhibition fight. In this confrontation Pacquiao won by unanimous decision of judges. He has 62 wins (39 by knockout), eight losses and two draws in the professional ring.
