Famous insider Mike Coppinger announced on his social media accounts that the fight between WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and former UFC champion Francis Ngannou will take place on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Ngannou, 36, last fought in January 2022 against Frenchman Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 270. In that confrontation, Francis won by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 17 wins and three losses under his belt in mixed martial arts.
Fury, 34, boxed against Derek Chisora in December 2022. This fight ended in favor of Tyson by technical knockout. He has 33 wins (24 by knockout), one draw and no defeats.
