Joshua estimates his chances in mixed martial arts

Former world heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua responded to a question about a possible move to mixed martial arts.

Anthony Joshua in an interview with British GQ YouTube channel
I would get my a** kicked. All credit to them guys, but it’s not my profession and I’m going to respect them guys who have spent years putting in time, training, grappling, wrestling, stand-up, takedown, submissions.

Joshua previously said he intends to fight Deontay Wilder in 2023.

Joshua last stepped into the ring in August 2022 in a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk. That fight went the whole distance and the Ukrainian won by split decision. Last September, Anthony lost to Usyk by unanimous decision. Joshua, 33, had 24 wins (22 KOs) and three losses.
