American Scot England, 59, made his professional boxing debut against 23-year-old Jashawn Hunter on December 6 in the United States. The fight was held in the welterweight division.

England was knocked down at the very beginning of the first round. After a break that lasted more than 10 seconds, the fight continued, but Scott missed several more punches, and the cornermen decided to take him out of the fight.

According to News Channel 5, England has tried many professions in his life: he was a radio and television host, then began writing books about country music.

Earlier it also became known that the current WBC super flyweight champion Juan Francisco Estrada is going to debut in the bantamweight division in March 2024.
