The Texas State Athletic Commission has confirmed the official status of the boxing bout between famous blogger Jake Paul and former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, which will take place on 21 July in Arlington (USA).
The result of the eight-round bout between Tyson and Paul will be entered into the fighters' records. Besides, knockouts will be allowed in the fight.
Paul last fought against Ryan Bourland in March of this year in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In that fight, Jake won by technical knockout in the first round. He's got nine wins (six by knockout) and one defeat.
Tyson last entered the ring against Roy Jones in an exhibition fight in November 2020 in Carson (USA). That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in a draw. Mike has 50 wins (44 by knockout) and six losses on his record.
