Spence May Retire After Title Fight With Fundora

Former welterweight champion Errol Spence has hinted that he may end his career after his fight with WBO and WBC light middleweight champion Sebastian Fundora, which is scheduled for October.

Spence wrote on social media:

Might be last time you see me

Spence, 34, last fought in July 2023, losing to Terence Crawford by technical knockout in the ninth round. He has 28 wins (22 by knockout) and one loss on his record.

Fundora, 26, last stepped into the ring in March 2024, defeating Tim Tszyu by split decision. He has 21 wins (13 by knockout), one loss and one draw.
