Interim WBO heavyweight champion Zhilei Zhang will face Joseph Parker in the ring on March 8 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in an evening of boxing headlined by a fight between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou.
Zhang last fought against Joseph Joyce in September 2023. In that fight, Zhilei won by knockout in the third round. He has 26 wins (21 by knockout), one loss and one draw.
Parker last entered the ring against Deontay Wilder in December 2023. That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in Joseph's favor by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 34 wins (23 by knockout) and three losses.
